Marketing Models
3D architectural models, or sales models as they are commonly known, are an ideal way to market a new development to potential purchasers. A development can be brought to life in the marketing suite before work on site has started.
The galleries below illustrate the different scales commonly used in marketing suites and exhibitions. We can build architectural models to any scale required.
1:50 Scale
Used for individual buildings and apartment schemes, this scale is ideal when the interior is to be shown.
A 6 foot person at this scale would be 36 mm high.
1:100 Scale
Ideal for smaller developments and individual buildings where the surrounding ground needs to be shown.
A 6 foot person at this scale would be 18 mm high.
1:150 Scale
A perfect scale for developments requiring an extra level of detail. Ideal for executive detached homes.
A 6 foot person at this scale would be 12 mm high.
1:200 Scale
A popular scale for housing developments, typically
of up to 100 plots.
A 6 foot person at this scale would be 9 mm high.
1:250 Scale
This scale is ideal for larger housing developments, typically of at least 100 plots.
A 6 foot person at this scale would be 7 mm high.
1:300 Scale
This scale can be useful for large developments where space in the marketing suite is at a premium.
A 6 foot person at this scale would be 6 mm high.
