Placing An Order


To help make the whole process of ordering an architectural model as easy as possible, we aim to provide all of the necessary information on this page. From the initial quote to the final delivery, everything you need to know can be found on this page. Please contact us if you have any further questions.



Information required to provide a quote


So that we can provide you with an accurate quote, we require a few essential pieces of information ...

  • A plan showing the layout of the site/development with an indication of levels across the site.
  • A sample of elevations to show the complexity of the buildings.
  • It is useful for us to know what the model is going to be used for so we can provide you with the correct type of model.
  • An idea of how big you would like the model to be. We can work the scale out for you.

All of this information can either be e-mailed to us or sent to our head office.


Information required to build an architectural model


In order to build the model, we require the following information. If you are able to provide us with this information before we start construction, it avoids delays occurring during the build process.

  • A full set of drawings on paper ...

  • A CD containing all of the drawings in AutoCAD versions 2002 or 2004.

  • Material schedule and finishes ...

  • Any extra items, such as bin stores, bike sheds, substations, etc. that need to be included, will require drawings and finishing colours.

  • Any artist impressions or CGI pictures are always a bonus, if they are available.


To place an order with 360 Models, we require a written order confirmation, with a 20% deposit of the final order value. We cannot guarantee acceptance of a model until we have this information.
