Information

Below is a list of materials we can provide, but we are also happy to source or for you or provide the materials depending on design/budget.
Each material is an additinal fee
Plywood:
A fibrous natural looking light coloured wood. Great for engraving, rasting and craft projects.
Thickness range from 0.4mm - 6mm.
MDF:
A thin wood that’s great for templates, layered projects and can be covered in paint.
Laser Safe 2mm thick: 900mmx1200mm sheets.
Other thicknesses are available
Acrylic:
Gloss finish.
Mainly comes in Clear, White and Black, but other pastel and vibrant colours are available to order.
Thicknesses range from 2.5mm - 10mm.
Mirror:
Silver, Gold and Rose Gold shatterproof reflective mirrored acrylic.
Thickness is 3mm.
Lighter and safer than glass.
Mylar:
A thin opaque plastic used in creating simple and detailed stencils.
Card:
A4 - A3 card cutting available in a vast range of colours and glitters.
Vinyl:
A versatile thin plastic. Sticky on one side, its great for signs and stickers.
Others:
We can also create other projects with a range of materials, such as hardwoods, cardboard, foamboard etc.

Laser bed sizes:
800mm x 450mm
1200mm x 900mm
Some materials only come in small A4 to A2 sheets.
BUT we can spread your designs across multiple sheets for bigger designs.

All times are completely design and material dependant. The more detailed the project the longer it will take.
Added time can occur with projects that require drawing, artwork customisation and additional changes/elements.
Each project is calculated and recorded accurately to maximise material and minimise costs.

Even though each job will be different and unique. We can offer quotes based on times, drawing required and material.
Our basic fee starts at £40-£75 per hour.
Material and postage is extra.

PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE / PAYPAL

We offer a verity of different delivery options: Royal Mail, DHL, DPD, Evri, UPS. We can also deliver locally.
All postage is dependant on weight and size
Collection available from the studio.
We strive to safely deliver your project in one piece, and wrap each order in bubble wrap or a protective layer. Your designs are important to us.

We can cut components for everything ranging from stencils to intricate decorative panels and multi piece designs.
(Materials can either be supplied or purchased through us)

Some personalisation refers to adding names, special messages and specific words/details to projects. Some examples can be seen in our Laser Portfolio below.
We can: Engrave lines, Rast whole areas and/or cut out these details.
What can you get personalised? Anything! With our laser cutters and vinyl cutters, we are able to personalise almost any item. Please contact us for details with regards to your project.

‘One-off’ or 1 item projects are great for intricate or large scale designs.

In a batch order process, products will be manufactured in groups or all in one go.
Ordering a ‘batch’ maximises the material used, calculates better cutting times and is more cost effective.
Batch orders are great for plaques, numbers and duplicate shapes.

Any project you would like us to produce will need to be sent over as a specific software format:
DXF, DWG or Ai
PDFs can also be sent but may require extra artwork costs.
Any design that requires drawing or altering will have an additional fee and may require additional time.
